Zhongke Weier Conducts 2025 Non‑Onsite Safety Education and Training
2025-12-09
To continuously strengthen safety awareness across the entire workforce and enhance capabilities in safety prevention and emergency response, the company organized an off-site safety education and training session on December 5, 2025. This training was open to all employees and adopted a hybrid online–offline participation model, with Wang Jian, Manager of the Safety Supervision Department, serving as the primary instructor. The session aimed to systematically disseminate knowledge in multiple areas—including fire safety, traffic safety, behavioral safety, and emergency management—laying a solid safety foundation for the company’s stable operations.
The training content is closely aligned with the realities of daily office work and life, revolving around the 2025 fire safety publicity theme: “Fire Safety for All—Life First: Safe Use of Fire and Electricity.” Fire safety is presented as a key topic, with vivid analogies and real-life case studies used to help employees deeply understand the importance of safeguarding personal safety. The course focuses on fire classification, fire development stages, the proper use and inspection of fire extinguishers, identification of fire protection facilities, electrical and fire safety regulations, and safe charging practices for electric vehicles. By drawing on typical traffic safety scenarios such as “sudden appearances” and “door‑opening accidents,” the training reinforces employees’ awareness of rules and enhances their ability to identify risks and take preventive measures in both work settings and when traveling outside the office.
During the emergency response phase, the training provided a detailed overview of the standard procedures for fire alarm activation, initial firefighting, evacuation and escape, as well as protective and first aid measures, while dispelling common misconceptions such as “blindly fleeing toward the light,” “being overly attached to personal belongings,” and “taking the elevator.” In addition, the course covered life‑saving skills like electric shock first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), thereby enhancing employees’ ability to save themselves and assist others in emergency situations.
This training session featured comprehensive content richly illustrated with both text and visuals, seamlessly integrating regulatory requirements and industry standards with real-world scenarios, thereby offering strong guidance and practical applicability. Through this systematic learning experience, all employees have further solidified the principle of “safety first, prevention foremost” and enhanced their proactive commitment to making safety a habit—and making that habit even safer. The company will continue to deepen its safety culture, regularly conduct safety education and training as well as emergency drills, continuously improve the safety awareness and risk‑management capabilities of all employees, and work together to foster a safe, stable, and harmonious development environment that provides robust support for the company’s high‑quality growth.
