Chloride Ion Monitoring System
The online chloride ion monitoring device ZK2600 employs the chloride-selective electrode measurement principle. Under program control, it automatically performs a series of operations including sampling, proportioning, chemical dosing, mixing, measurement, wastewater pressurization and recovery, and electrode cleaning. Through a user-friendly human-machine interface, process parameters can be flexibly set. This device enables real-time, online, and accurate measurement of chloride ion concentration in the water within the tower-top cooling and heat exchange system, providing timely and precise guidance for process corrosion prevention and helping to save on chemical additives.

System Function Configuration
Online real-time monitoring function Implement automatic online monitoring of chloride ion concentration without manual intervention. Customizable measurement interval The measurement interval can be adjusted according to user requirements. The measurement cycle should be ≥1 hour, and the minimum adjustment increment is 1 hour. Built-in preprocessing function It has a certain ability to resist environmental and medium interference. Built-in electrode automatic calibration function Based on the electrode’s usage and current status, users can independently adjust the frequency of electrode calibration, ensuring that measurement results more closely match actual values. This eliminates the need for manual electrode calibration, effectively reducing maintenance frequency. Automatic replenishment function for the internal filling liquid in the built-in electrode Based on the PLC-controlled program, the system can automatically replenish the internal filling liquid in the electrode without any manual intervention, effectively reducing maintenance frequency. Built-in electrode self-cleaning function At the end of each measurement, the device automatically cleans the electrodes, thereby extending their service life and preventing residual media from the current cycle from affecting the measurements in the next cycle. Built-in self-test function The system is equipped with a total of 14 types of alarms, and each process has its corresponding abnormal-state alarm function. This ensures that fault locations can be quickly identified based on alarm information, facilitating on-site maintenance and reducing maintenance downtime.
