Digitalized Corrosion Inspection During Overhaul
The corrosion inspection during overhaul involves examining, testing, analyzing, and evaluating the corrosion conditions of various stationary equipment in production units during shutdown for maintenance. This inspection particularly focuses on the corrosion status inside equipment, enabling timely detection and remediation of equipment with severe corrosion or safety hazards. It also includes analyzing corrosion mechanisms, identifying the root causes of corrosion, and further developing corrosion prevention strategies for the next production cycle. Meanwhile, a fully digitized management system has been implemented for corrosion inspection, and the digital information platform effectively guides the precise execution of service procedures.
Corrosion Circuit Analysis and Scheme Preparation
● Corrosion circuit analysis and risk identification to determine key inspection areas.
● Determine the single-loop inspection plan based on the corrosion circuit.
● Prepare a specialized corrosion inspection plan for a single set of equipment.
On-site implementation of corrosion inspection
● Macroscopic morphology observation + specialized inspection methods (far-field eddy currents, pulsed eddy current, C-scan + on-site metallography, thickness measurement, etc.)

Honors and Rewards
● 2018 Corrosion inspections were carried out on the CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Plant, enabling timely identification of corrosion issues and prompt submission of remediation recommendations, earning high praise from the client.
● 2019 Successfully completed the corrosion inspection of the Liaoyang Petrochemical plant and earned the title of Outstanding Service Provider.
● 2020 Received a certificate of honor for quality and safety in service from the Operating Department of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical; and was awarded the title of Outstanding Contractor during the major overhaul at Yunnan Petrochemical.
● 2023 awarded the honors of Outstanding Service Provider, Outstanding Contractor, and Six Model Outstanding Specialty Contractors by Liaoyang Petrochemical, Harbin Petrochemical, and Zhenhai Refining & Chemical, respectively.
● 2024 Received honors as an Outstanding Inspection and Maintenance Contractor, Outstanding Service Provider, and Six Model Professional Contractors from Dalian Petrochemical, Dalian Xitai, and Zhenhai Refining & Chemical.
● By 2025 A total of 1,150 sets of equipment have undergone corrosion inspections, serving 68 clients.
