The On-site Project Department of Zhongke Weier Received a Letter of Appreciation and Recognition from North China Petrochemical.

Recently, our company received a letter of thanks from the North China Petrochemical Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation. The letter commended our company’s Anti-Corrosion and Maintenance Service Project Department at North China Petrochemical for its strong sense of responsibility and professional expertise in carrying out equipment corrosion monitoring and leak hazard identification and remediation across the entire plant in 2025. It also recognized the department’s direct contributions to preventing unplanned shutdowns, ensuring safe production, and controlling equipment maintenance costs.
In 2025, in the face of complex challenges posed by the diverse crude oil feedstocks and rapidly changing operating conditions at North China Petrochemical, the Zhongke Weier On-site Project Department leveraged its expertise with precision, comprehensively advancing all aspects of process corrosion prevention and corrosion monitoring & detection. Starting from process corrosion management, the team deeply engaged in the company’s “One Diagram, Two Tables, One Manual, One Report” system development, assisting in the preparation of multiple weekly and monthly corrosion control technical analysis reports, as well as comprehensive classification inspection summaries. These efforts helped the company smoothly complete the revision and implementation of its circulating cooling water management regulations. In response to corrosion risks associated with the processing of special crude oils such as Atapu crude, the team participated in the formulation of dedicated countermeasures; through precise monitoring and process adjustments, it effectively controlled the corrosive impact on critical units, ensuring the steady progress of blending operations. At the same time, focusing on key corrosion issues in units such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, and hydrotreating, the team took part in numerous research and problem‑solving initiatives. By implementing measures such as material upgrades, process optimization, and water injection adjustments, it successfully resolved several critical challenges, including dew point corrosion in the overhead system and corrosion in the circulating water system.
In the field of corrosion monitoring and detection, by effectively integrating various corrosion monitoring and detection methods, we issued timely warnings for multiple typical corrosion issues throughout the year, promptly identified and tracked the resolution of dozens of cases involving excessive corrosion rates and equipment thinning, thereby providing precise data to support the company’s efforts to address potential hazards.
The delivery of this letter of thanks not only fully recognizes Zhongke Weier’s outstanding performance in its on-site service work at Huabei Petrochemical in 2025, but also serves as a powerful testament to the deepening cooperation between both parties. Moving forward, Zhongke Weier will continue to uphold a spirit of relentless pursuit and maintain a strong sense of responsibility, leveraging superior technical services to support enterprises in achieving safe production and high‑quality development, and working hand in hand to create even greater achievements.
