Corrosion Inspection and Testing

Specialized Inspection and Troubleshooting Technology for Small Nozzles

Small Pipe Penetration Hazard Management and Detection Technology

In industrial facilities, small nozzles have become a major pain point and challenge for the industry due to their large number and the difficulty in identifying potential hazards. Leveraging years of experience in refinery corrosion management and hazard identification, ZKWELL has developed a comprehensive methodology for managing and detecting hazards associated with small nozzles. This management approach has been integrated into a digital platform, enabling automatic assessment of corrosion risks, automatic hazard classification, and automatic generation and dissemination of inspection plans for small nozzles. Furthermore, based on dynamic inspection results, the platform can automatically adjust the hazard levels assigned to small nozzles.

On-site inspection methods for identifying potential hazards in small-diameter pipe connections
● Corrosion-thinning type: visual inspection, ultrasonic thickness measurement, pitting depth measurement, pulsed eddy current testing, etc.
● Surface crack defects: Penetrant testing, etc.
● Internal crack defects (including welds): Phased-array inspection, magnetic memory testing, etc.
