Intelligent Corrosion Control Platform for Refining & Chemical plants

The Intelligent Corrosion Control Platform of Refining and Chemical plants is developed on the basis of the Corrosion Big Data Early Warning Platform. In addition to automatic data analysis and early warning, it combines customized corrosion prevention and control programs to guide corrosion monitoring, inspection and identification (including but not limited to online corrosion monitoring, thickness measurement, hazard investigation, corrosion inspection, special inspection of small nozzles, etc.), so as to support the timely identification and treatment of corrosion hazards.

Meanwhile, the platform guides the implementation of process corrosion control measures and evaluates the effect of the above prevention and control measures. Faced with variable crude oil processing schemes, the platform provides a variety of corrosion calculation model tools, and delivers calculation results including corrosion rate, environmental cracking susceptibility, dew point temperature, ammonium salt crystallization temperature, etc., providing data-based references for process corrosion control and equipment material selection.
