Zhongke Weier Conducts 2025 Annual Job-Specific Skills and Comprehensive Quality Assessment
2025-12-31
To systematically assess employees’ professional capabilities and their job competency, and to align talent development with the company’s strategic objectives, Shenyang Zhongke Weier Corrosion Control Technology Co., Ltd. conducted the 2025 Annual Job-Specific Skills and Comprehensive Competency Assessment as scheduled from November 19 to December 25, 2025.
The assessment adheres to the principle of “balancing professionalism with personal qualities and integrating evaluation with development,” employing a dual-track model that combines “online written exams on professional skills” with “offline evaluations of job-specific competencies and attributes.” The professional skills assessment is divided into five major engineer categories: corrosion, post‑sales for monitoring and testing systems, water quality, field testing, and corrosion inspection. The exam questions are closely aligned with real-world business scenarios, emphasizing the integration of theory and practical application. The job-specific competency and attribute evaluation is conducted by direct supervisors using unified standards for comprehensive assessment, covering multiple dimensions of capability—including work performance, communication and collaboration, execution, and learning and innovation. The entire assessment process is meticulously organized and characterized by strict discipline. All employees and probationary staff from the Anti-Corrosion Services Division and the After-Sales Service Department participated in this assessment.
Assessment is not only a test of capability but also a crucial opportunity for learning and improvement. Building on this assessment, the Human Resources Department will conduct test analysis and provide feedback and guidance to help employees identify gaps in their knowledge and skills and clarify their career development paths. The assessment results will serve as an important basis for job‑fitting evaluations, star rating assessments, training and development initiatives, and talent inventories, further solidifying the talent development mechanism of “using assessment to drive learning and using evaluation to promote application.”
This year’s assessment marks the eighth consecutive year that the company has organized and implemented this comprehensive talent evaluation program. Zhongke Weier has always regarded its employees as the company’s most valuable asset. By continuously refining the assessment system and strengthening the application of assessment results, the company is committed to building a learning organization, unlocking employee potential, and consistently enhancing the overall team’s combat effectiveness and customer service quality—providing solid talent support for the company’s sustained development in the field of corrosion control. Looking ahead, the company will continue to improve its “cultivation–assessment–development” spiral, upward‑moving human resources management strategy, helping every employee achieve career growth and advancing together with the company into a new stage of higher‑quality development.
