The pH monitoring and control system comprises three key components: an online pH monitoring system, an automatic pH electrode cleaning system, and an intelligent injection control system. The online pH monitoring system operates on the principle of potentiometric measurement, enabling real-time pH detection and data display. To address the issues of easy contamination and short lifespan of pH electrodes commonly encountered in industries such as refining and petrochemicals, we have developed an automatic pH electrode cleaning device. This device automatically cleans and maintains the pH electrode after each measurement, thereby significantly extending its service life. Building upon the pH monitoring and automatic electrode-cleaning systems, we have also developed an intelligent injection control system specifically tailored for oil refining and ethylene plants. This system can automatically adjust the injection dosage, ensuring that the pH value of corrosive media remains within the desired range and effectively controlling corrosion.

Three Measurement Methods for pH Monitoring Systems
● The method of directly installing a pH electrode on process pipelines for measurement
● A method in which the branch pipeline diverts the medium for measurement and performs online cleaning of the pH electrode.
● Employing process handling technology, the medium is automatically extracted into a sampler for processing and measurement, after which the extracted medium is discharged via intelligent measurement methods to low-pressure pipelines, floor drains, sealed drainage systems, or the original pipelines.
