ZKT180 Retrieval Tool for Access Fitting System

The Retriever is a precision tool which allows safe, easy insertion and removal of various equipment and tools through a access fitting, without de-pressurizing the pipeline or vessel. Used in conjunction with a Service Valve, system pressure is safely ported into the tool which allows the valve to be opened and the retrieval operation to be performed. Rotation and translation in and out of the fitting is controlled by two adjustable handles. No movement or telescoping of the tool body is necessary, requiring less clearance area than standard retrievers. This tool can be used with the industry-standard access fitting and service valves, with no adapters required.

ZKS 160 Service Valve for Access Fitting System

Service Valve Kits are especially designed for use with Access Fittings and Retrievers. Attached to the access fitting body, the valve is the control which allows the pressurized product to enter the retriever during insertion and removal of Solid or Hollow Plug Assemblies. It also contains the pressurized product when the retriever is disconnected.
