The training underscores that safe production is the responsibility of every employee. Enhancing safety awareness, learning how to proactively identify potential risks, and taking proactive preventive measures to ensure workplace safety are essential preparations that every employee must make before starting work. The Safety Standards for Direct Work Environments represent the core focus of safety management. Through detailed explanations of GB 30871–2022, the “Safety Standards for Special Operations in Enterprises Handling Hazardous Chemicals,” along with categorized discussions of various on-site safety operation standards, and by drawing on real-life case studies and video animations, the training comprehensively reinforced employees’ knowledge of safety regulations for direct work environments. In safety management, the company also places great emphasis on the critical role of supervisors, who bear special responsibility for employee safety. The training covers the duties supervisors are expected to fulfill, as well as how to provide employees with support and guidance. The training also focuses on emergency response and self‑protection skills, enabling employees to remain calm in critical situations and take appropriate measures to protect themselves and their colleagues. To ensure the effectiveness of the training, a safety rewards and penalties mechanism—recognized as a crucial component—has been incorporated into the training curriculum. The company incentivizes employees to actively participate in safety practices and rewards those who excel, while clearly outlining the consequences of failing to comply with safety regulations.

At the conclusion of the training, everyone watched a safety education warning video together. Through dynamic simulations of safety accidents rendered with visuals and lighting, the video vividly and intuitively demonstrated the importance of safe production to every employee participating in the training.
Through safety training, employees’ safety awareness and skill levels have been enhanced, thereby reducing production risks and improving production efficiency—both of which are highly beneficial for ensuring the industry’s sustained, healthy development. Moving forward, we will continue to work together to create a safer, more reliable, and more efficient working environment, focusing on safety management and forging an unbreakable shield of safety!
