For many years, Zhongke Weier has maintained close cooperation with Zhenhai Refining & Chemical; driven by the client’s requirements and leadership, we have undertaken corrosion inspections during plant shutdowns for four consecutive production cycles while also conducting investigations into corrosion within insulation layers, thereby providing a solid foundation for ensuring safe operations and enhancing cost efficiency at Zhenhai Refining & Chemical. Recently, at Zhenhai Refining & Chemical’s 2023 Plant Shutdown and Maintenance Summary Conference, our company was honored to receive the prestigious title of “Six Model Outstanding Professional Contractor” from Zhenhai Refining & Chemical.
The 2023 unit shutdown, inspection, modification, and overhaul at Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company represented the largest, most challenging, and longest single‑batch overhaul in its history. Our company focused on Zhenhai Refining & Chemical’s six benchmark evaluation criteria—“efficient overall planning, process control, smart maintenance, safety and environmental stewardship, job‑specific training, and integrity and廉洁”—working in close collaboration to overcome difficulties, advancing with precision and prudence. We successfully completed the corrosion inspection work and delivered a performance worthy of our mission.
