Zhongke Weier Conducts the 7th Round of Job-Specific Professional Skills Assessments

To encourage employees to continuously enhance their business expertise and professional capabilities, Zhongke Weier conducts an annual job-specific competency assessment. With the organization of the Human Resources Department and the cooperation of relevant business units, Zhongke Weier carried out its 2024 Job-Specific Skills Assessment as scheduled from November 29 to December 2, 2024.
This assessment was conducted in the form of an online, closed-book exam. The participants included all employees of the Anti-Corrosion Services Division and the After-Sales Service Department, as well as probationary employees. Plant-based staff stationed across the country took time out of their busy schedules to actively cooperate and successfully complete the assessment.
The assessment is divided into four categories: Corrosion Engineer Assessment, After-Sales, Systems, and Water Quality Engineer Assessments, Testing Engineer Assessment, and Corrosion Inspection Engineer Assessment. Each category’s questions are closely aligned with the actual job responsibilities of the respective positions, not only reinforcing the mastery of fundamental theoretical knowledge but also emphasizing the enhancement of practical operational skills, thereby ensuring the assessment’s effectiveness and relevance.
As a crucial initiative in talent development, the job-specific skills assessment has been held for seven consecutive years, closely aligning with the company’s business operations and market demands while continuously refining both assessment content and methodologies.
