Fire Safety for All, Life First | Zhongke Weier Actively Responds to National Fire Safety Awareness Month by Hosting Safety Education and Training Programs

In celebration of National Fire Safety Awareness Month 2024 and in response to the annual theme of “Fire Safety for All, Life First,” Zhongke Weier held its annual safety education and training session on November 22. The event adopted a hybrid online–offline format, reaching all employees across the company. Wang Jian, Manager of the Company’s Safety Supervision Department, served as the training instructor and delivered in-depth presentations on multiple topics, including the importance of safety, fire safety, behavioral safety, safe use of electric vehicles and batteries, emergency response, and cautionary education.
The training first underscored the importance of safety, emphasizing that safety is the cornerstone of a company’s stable development and the guarantee of every employee’s happy and fulfilling life. Subsequently, with regard to fire safety, the training provided a detailed overview of fire prevention measures, initial fire suppression techniques, and evacuation and escape strategies. Employees were particularly reminded to adhere to proper operating procedures for electrical equipment in office areas, to strictly prohibit unauthorized wiring or makeshift connections, and to ensure that all passageways remain unobstructed, enabling swift evacuation in emergencies. In the behavioral safety section, the focus was on how to cultivate good safety habits in daily work, such as properly wearing personal protective equipment and following operational guidelines. With the increasing prevalence of electric vehicles, this training session also included a dedicated module on the safe use of electric vehicles and batteries, covering essential precautions during charging and best practices for the safe operation of electric vehicles to minimize potential safety risks. To enhance employees’ emergency response capabilities, the training simulated several common accident scenarios and taught relevant first aid knowledge and rescue skills. Finally, by screening videos of real-life accident cases, the training delivered powerful educational lessons, enabling each participant to learn from others’ mistakes, stay vigilant at all times, and steer clear of danger.
This training session aims to strengthen employees’ safety awareness, enhance their ability to respond to emergencies, and ensure that they consciously comply with safety regulations in their daily work and life.
