In the 2024 Annual Supplier Comprehensive Evaluation of Jiangsu Shenghong Petrochemical Industry Group, Zhongke Weier stood out thanks to its outstanding technological capabilities and relentless pursuit of service excellence, earning the title of “2024 Outstanding Supplier.” This honor not only adds a brilliant footnote to the three-year relationship of sincere cooperation between the two parties but also ushers in a new chapter of win‑win collaboration.
Deep cultivation and meticulous work reveal true excellence—data bears witness to the craftsman’s dedication. In the 2024 collaboration, the Anti-Corrosion Services Project Department of Zhongke Weier and Shenghong Petrochemical built a smart anti-corrosion monitoring system spanning the entire plant area, adhering to the “Three Zeros” standard: zero accidents, zero delays, and zero errors.
A comprehensive, end-to-end corrosion prevention and control system has been established, with tailored strategies for each unit, providing robust guidance for the implementation of anti-corrosion efforts.
We have completed fixed-point thickness measurement services for more than 20 core units, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation and hydrotreating units, with the total number of measurement points exceeding 20,000. In addition, we carried out 3,801 ad-hoc thickness measurement projects, enabling precise control over critical corrosion‑prone areas.
Employing far-field eddy current and pulsed eddy current testing technologies, more than 1,400 critical nodes were precisely inspected, enabling the timely detection of various corrosion risks.
We have conducted more than 30 failure analyses and deposit diagnostics, providing precise data support for the analysis of corrosion causes.
We provide daily maintenance and upkeep, as well as data analysis services, for more than 200 sets of smart monitoring devices on site, offering effective technical solutions for process corrosion early warning and equipment life prediction.
Conducting high-frequency corrosion prevention management training and exchanges twice a week provides strong support for on-site service coordination.
