At the start of the new year, the Sichuan Petrochemical On-Site Project Department of Zhongke Weier has reaped encouraging results and widespread recognition. Thanks to its outstanding performance and high-quality service in 2023, the project department was awarded the “2023 Advanced Team” title by Sichuan Petrochemical. This honor not only recognizes the project department’s professional technical capabilities and service quality, but also acknowledges their contributions to ensuring the owner’s production safety and enhancing corrosion prevention management.
In addition, the Mobile Equipment Department of Sichuan Petrochemical sent a letter of commendation to the Project Department. The six years of meticulous service and professional support have earned high praise from the client and laid a solid foundation for the continued development of future collaborations.
Since its establishment in 2017, the Sichuan Petrochemical On-Site Project Department of Zhongke Weier has been providing services to Sichuan Petrochemical Company, primarily offering corrosion monitoring equipment maintenance, corrosion inspection services, corrosion prevention and control management, and anti-corrosion technical support to the various production departments under Sichuan Petrochemical. In recent years, under the leadership of Sichuan Petrochemical’s management at all levels, the Project Department has adhered to the management principle of “prioritizing process‑based corrosion prevention, supplementing with equipment‑based corrosion protection, and recognizing that corrosion itself is a risk.” With the goal of ensuring safe, stable, long‑term, fully loaded, and optimal operation of production units, the Department has consistently delivered high‑quality corrosion monitoring, management, and control technical services, always placing corrosion hazard prevention and mitigation at the forefront. By nipping corrosion risks in the bud, the Department has successfully met the management requirement of “controlled corrosion and controlled risk,” making due contributions to achieving the first “five‑year overhaul” long‑cycle operation target and ensuring the safe and steady operation of the plant.
The achievement not only motivates the engineers of Sinochem Weller’s Sichuan Petrochemical Project to keep striving for excellence, but also sparks enthusiasm and creativity across all of our company’s on-site project teams.
