Zhongke Weier was awarded the title of Outstanding Service Provider for the 2024 Major Overhaul by Dalian Petrochemical.

Recently, China National Petroleum Corporation Dalian Petrochemical held its 2024 Major Overhaul Summary and Awards Conference, where Zhongke Weier was honored with the title of Outstanding Service Provider for the 2024 Major Overhaul thanks to its exceptional service performance.
During this major overhaul at Dalian Petrochemical, our company undertook corrosion inspections for 11 sets of units, covering 2,151 pieces of equipment including towers, vessels, heat exchangers, air coolers, and furnaces. In response to Dalian Petrochemical’s stringent requirement to complete the corrosion inspections within 10 days after unit handover, Zhongke Weier proactively planned ahead: starting in December 2013, the corrosion inspection team began preliminary preparations, conducting thorough data collection and analysis. Relying on the risk assessment framework established through our company’s on-site corrosion maintenance services, we developed specialized corrosion inspection plans for each individual unit and piece of equipment, laying a solid foundation for the smooth execution of subsequent work.
After the unit was officially handed over in April, the corrosion inspection team demonstrated exceptional work efficiency and a strong sense of dedication. Not only did they successfully complete their inspection objectives within the specified timeframe, but they also accurately identified 124 corrosion-related issues, thereby validating the accuracy of the risk assessments conducted in the earlier stages. Moreover, the timely detection of these issues provided Dalian Petrochemical with scientifically sound guidance for maintenance, ensuring that equipment could be replaced and maintained in a timely and targeted manner. This effectively mitigated potential safety hazards during future operations and laid a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the unit in the next cycle.
Zhongke Weier has a long-standing cooperative relationship with Dalian Petrochemical. As early as 2013, the two parties collaborated on online corrosion monitoring research, enabling real‑time corrosion surveillance of critical components in Dalian Petrochemical’s key facilities. In 2023, Dalian Petrochemical brought in Zhongke Weier to provide on-site corrosion maintenance services. In just one short year, through close coordination and collaboration between the two sides, Dalian Petrochemical’s anti‑corrosion efforts were thoroughly streamlined, and its corrosion management was significantly enhanced. The specialized corrosion inspections carried out in 2024 further strengthened mutual trust and support between the two parties, while Zhongke Weier’s corrosion prevention service quality also earned high recognition from Dalian Petrochemical. Looking ahead, aligned with Dalian Petrochemical’s safety and long‑term operational goals, we are confident that the cooperation between Zhongke Weier and Dalian Petrochemical will become even more comprehensive and in-depth.
