Inductance probe (high precision ER probe)

As a sensing unit of inductance (high precision ER) corrosion monitoring system, inductance probes (high precision ER probe) provide you with various probes applicable to various temperatures, pressure, assembling and dissembling requirements according to various on-site environments.

·Applicable temperature: ≤240℃（low temperature）；≤430℃（high temperature）
·Applicable pressure: ≤2MPa （low pressure）；≤30MPa （high pressure）
·Thickness of measuring sample: 0.25mm～1.0mm

Inductance probe with dual heads

Self-compensatory precision inductance probe with dual head was developed to monitor the pipeline corrosion. In the meanwhile, it also divided the tool for field technology evaluation and material choice.

Flush inductance probe

Sheet inductance probe: the occupancy of vertical space is small. It is suitable for small diameter pipeline. Because the measurement element is isolated with the probe body through the stuff material, it is anti-interference. The probe is installed which is parallel with the pipeline, so it can simulate the corrosion conditions exactly.

Cylindrical inductance probe

Cylindrical inductance probe: widely used. According to the different technology conditions, choose the different material, length and dismounting methods.
