Empowering with Technology, Keeping Pace with the Times | Zhongke Weier Conducts Specialized Training on AI-Driven Practical Applications
2026-07-09
To enhance the AI‑driven practical skills of all employees, leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate the company’s digital transformation, keep pace with evolving trends, and comprehensively improve overall operational efficiency, Zhongke Weier organized a company‑wide specialized training session on the practical application of AI on June 30.
Today, AI has become a digital productivity partner for businesses, yet many employees remain at the rudimentary stage of simply posing basic questions. To address this, this training program is centered on the principle that “knowing how to ask AI is just the beginning—being able to make AI do the work is where the real skill lies.” It is structured around three core modules—cognitive rethinking, tool selection, and hands-on prompt engineering—and draws on the company’s specific business contexts to demonstrate practical implementation strategies.
During the training, the instructor first dispelled the misconception that “AI is equivalent to a search engine,” clarifying its role as a digital assistant across four key scenarios: content generation, data organization, data analysis, and task decomposition. Building on this, the instructor followed a “define the task first, then select the tool” framework, drawing on the company’s technical documentation and project‑presentation case studies to systematically explain the appropriate use cases for general‑purpose large models, multimodal creative tools, enterprise knowledge bases, and task‑oriented agents. In the hands‑on session, the instructor emphasized standardized prompt‑writing formulas, using comparisons of successful and suboptimal examples along with on‑the‑spot feedback and demonstrations to help employees transform vague requirements into clear, actionable work instructions.
At the conclusion of the training, the instructor summarized three practical approaches: transforming fragmented issues into well-defined tasks, establishing clear, quantifiable metrics, and refining and optimizing AI-generated drafts. AI is not intended to replace employees; rather, it takes on repetitive, routine work, enabling teams to focus on high‑value activities such as technology R&D and project implementation.
Trainees noted that the program was closely aligned with business needs and effectively addressed longstanding pain points, such as inefficient AI utilization and subpar output quality. Moving forward, Zhongke Weier will continue to drive the practical application of AI skills, seamlessly integrating AI tools into end-to-end workflows—including document processing, data organization, and marketing operations—to leverage artificial intelligence in advancing enterprise digital transformation and comprehensively enhancing overall operational efficiency.
