Jointly Building a Robust Anti-Fraud Safety Net — Our Company Partners with the Wusan Police Station to Conduct Comprehensive Anti-Fraud Training for All Employees

On September 29, 2025, our company specially invited the Wusan Police Station of the Hunnan Subbureau of the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau to visit our premises and successfully hosted a specialized anti-fraud training session with a clear theme and comprehensive content. The event was led by Officer Zhang Dezhu, a senior officer at the Wusan Police Station, and all employees of the company participated both in person through centralized sessions and online via remote access.
At the outset of the training, representatives from the company’s management extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to Officer Zhang Dezhu of the Wusan Police Station. They emphasized that, in the current context where cyber fraud tactics are constantly evolving, enhancing employees’ ability to recognize and prevent scams is crucial for safeguarding personal financial security and maintaining the stable operation of the enterprise. They also urged all employees to study diligently, internalizing the knowledge they acquire and putting it into practice.
The training began with a macro-level overview of the state’s high regard for anti-fraud efforts and its strategic planning in this area. Drawing on relevant laws, regulations, and policy guidelines, the session outlined the severe challenges currently facing efforts to combat and address telecom and online fraud, while also highlighting the resolute measures taken by public security organs to guide participants in tightening their vigilance from the depths of their minds. During the core presentation, Officer Zhang Dezhu focused on two key areas: an analysis of common fraud techniques and the sharing of real-life cases. Using high‑frequency cases such as “order‑boosting for rebates,” “impersonating public security, procuratorial, and judicial authorities,” and “pig‑butchering scams,” he thoroughly exposed the modus operandi of fraudsters and used local, authentic cases to warn everyone to remain highly alert at all times.
This round of police‑enterprise joint anti‑fraud training was rich in content, featured vivid case studies, and delivered professional instruction. It not only effectively enhanced all employees’ ability to identify various fraud schemes and their awareness of prevention, but also further strengthened the relationship between the police and the enterprise, building a more robust corporate security defense. All employees of Zhongke Weier will apply the anti‑fraud knowledge they have learned to both their work and daily lives, working together to solidify the anti‑fraud safety net.
