Zhongke Weier Conducts 2025 Safety Training to Continuously Strengthen the Defense Against Production Accidents
2025-07-11
To thoroughly implement the thematic requirements of National Work Safety Month and continuously strengthen enterprise safety production management, Zhongke Weier recently organized a company-wide safety training program for 2025. As one of the company’s key annual safety initiatives, this training once again underscores our unwavering commitment to prioritizing safe production. The session was led by Wang Jian, a nationally registered safety engineer and first‑level registered fire protection engineer, who also serves as the Manager of the Company’s Safety Supervision Department. Through systematic and ongoing safety education, we aim to comprehensively enhance employees’ safety awareness and their ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
This training program adopts a blended online and offline approach, focusing on six core modules. The content covers the importance of safety, the necessity of safety education and training, the proper use of personal protective equipment, the responsibilities of supervisors, safety requirements for direct work operations, and on-site self‑protection measures. Through this structured approach, employees’ knowledge base in safety and their practical skills are systematically enhanced. Starting with safety mindset education, the program leverages case studies and interactive discussions to reinforce a strong sense of responsibility: “Safety—For Whom?” It provides a detailed analysis of safety production laws and regulations, highlighting the importance of safety training for the sustainable development of enterprises, while taking into account the unique characteristics of the petrochemical industry. The program offers a comprehensive overview of selection criteria and usage guidelines for personal protective equipment, including the correct methods for using critical gear such as hard hats, safety harnesses, and respirators. It clearly defines the qualification requirements and specific duties of supervisors, with particular emphasis on key supervision points for special operations like confined space work. The program systematically organizes and reviews safety standards for direct work operations, covering specific requirements for high‑risk tasks such as working at heights, confined space entry, and probe installation and removal. Finally, the program places a strong focus on cultivating employees’ self‑protection capabilities, equipping them with practical skills in hazard identification, standardized operating procedures, and emergency evacuation.
The training combines theoretical instruction with real‑case warnings to deeply instill the principle of “safety first” in everyone’s mind. Zhongke Weier has always regarded safe production as the top priority in its corporate development. Through this systematic training, not only has the overall safety awareness of all employees been enhanced, but the safety defenses that employees have built—from awareness and skills to personal protective equipment and team collaboration—have been further strengthened. The company will continue to refine its safety management mechanisms, promote the development of a safety culture, provide solid support for production and business operations, and achieve an organic integration of high‑quality enterprise development and safe production.
